We have manufactured a tank with the maximum diameter that can be transported while keeping costs and delivery times down!

We would like to introduce a case study of our cylindrical cone-roof tank that we handled. A customer requested us to manufacture a tank with the maximum diameter that can be transported, as on-site assembly tanks incur high costs and long lead times. We proposed a solution utilizing our factory (with a total length of 49m, width of 15m, and height of 10.8m). We used two 20-ton ceiling cranes to manufacture up to the fourth tier, and for the final fifth tier, we brought in heavy machinery for assembly within the factory. All members of the tank fabrication team worked simultaneously on two units, allowing us to complete the production in a short time frame. 【Case Overview】 ■ Production Period: 3 months (1 month for design + 2 months for manufacturing) ■ Material: SUS304 ■ Size: I.D. 3,700 × 10,000H ■ Actual Capacity: 100kL ■ Applicable Regulations: Fire Service Act
